SubRiva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SubRiva Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and the SubRiva Trust app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Data we collect

Your name and email; subscriptions, renewal dates, notes and reminder settings you enter; basic device and log data used to keep the service secure. We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs or PINs, bank credentials, SMS or contacts.

Why we use it

To create your account, send reminders you switch on, answer messages and protect the service. We rely on the consent you give at sign-up, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

Only with processors who host our service or deliver email and notifications for us, under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, update or erase your data, nominate someone to act for you and raise a grievance. Email privacy@subrivatrust.world. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and erased within 30 days of account deletion unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over.

1. What we provide

SubRiva Trust is a free tool to list subscriptions and receive reminders before renewals. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator or financial adviser and does not process payments or create, change or cancel mandates.

2. Price

The service is free. We will never charge you without telling you first and getting your clear consent.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your login safe.

4. Accuracy

Reminders are based on the dates you enter. Providers can change dates; always check with them.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for charges made by third parties.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use two kinds: essential storage that makes this site work, and advertising cookies that we only set if you choose "Accept all".

Your choice

You can change your choice at any time. Choosing "Essential only" stops the Snap Pixel from loading on future visits. You can also block cookies in your browser.
